10 Stone Buildings

10 Stone Buildings was built in 1774 to accommodate the Six Clerks of the King's High Court of Chancery. It has been the home of the Regiment for almost 150 years, thanks to the generosity and support of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn,
which gave the 23rd Middlesex (Inns of Court) Rifle Corps permission to use the building in 1883.

The building was damaged on 18 December 1917 by a German bombing raid - one of the Zeppelin Balloon air raids carried out during the First World War.
